We’re brand NEW 3BR/ 2BA dog friendly home in the South Farm neighborhood with a hot tub. Sleeps 8, fully stocked kitchen, 15 min walk to the beach!
We have the Sunrise Park right outside our front door with the community fire pit and swings. Plenty of running/playing room for the little ones and the pups! The community pool is inaccessible to our guests; however, we do have a private 7- person hot tub and the beach is a short walk away!

Our home does not have access to the community pools; however, we have a 7-person hot tub, and the beach is just a short walk from the house.

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay at this home, it was the perfect space for our blended family. Seabrook is such a special place, and we loved everything it had to offer from the peaceful walks and fun discoveries like the gnome trail, to how close we were to town and the beach.The house was incredibly well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail felt so intentional from beach chairs and blankets to laundry pods and even dog bowls. We especially appreciated the sweet welcome touches like the s’mores kit (with roasting picks!), a bottle of wine, and a reusable tote bag for shopping around town.We also loved how dog-friendly the home was, our pup felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The communal spaces like the fire pit were easy to use and made it so easy to unwind together. You can really tell the hosts put so much care into creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay. We’d absolutely come back!
